   ExtendBase is the first product to bring the performance advantage of
   client/server processing to existing .DBF files and Clipper          
   applications. ExtendBase quickly processes data in a Netware Loadable
   Module (NLM) running on the file server where the data is stored,    
   rather than on a client workstation, thereby reducing network        
   traffic.                                                             
                                                                        
   ExtendBase consists of a NetWare Loadable Module (NLM) and four      
   different user interfaces. The NLM runs on a NetWare 3.xserver and   
   the user interfaces run on client workstations using DOS 3.3 or      
   higher. User interfaces include: two interactive interfaces for      
   on-the-fly queries and index building, a Clipper programming         
   interface and a Lotus 1-2-3 DataLens interface.
