The dWRAP routine allows a programmer to gather blocks of text of any
size anywhere on the screen while leaving other data displayed. dWRAP
can be called by Clipper or FoxBase programs anytime a text area of
more than one line is needed. Enables user to type freeform text with
word wrap capabilities, simulating a word processor.
