FUNCTION OUTPUT (F)

Purpose: Write to device dependent outputs (LED's).

Format:  F         Function output.

         b...b     Up to eight 0's, 1's, or X's.

                   The number of 0's, 1's or X's is reader dependent.

                   0 turns off the LED.
                   1 illuminates the LED.
                   X returns control of the LED to the reader.

Examples:

         F10XX illuminates the first LED, turns off the second LED, and
         leaves the third and fourth LED's under reader control.

         F1111 illuminates all LED's on the 9512 bar code reader.

         NOTE: Once an IRL program has taken control of an LED, the
         program remains in control of that LED until the X option is
         used (even if the bar code reader is powered off).
