        Harddisk/LPT2 (INT 0Dh)

        On the PC, this interrupt is used by the harddisk-BIOS. It does
        nothing usefull, except disabling DMA.

        On the AT og PS, this interrupt is used by the parrallel printer
        port. Generated by the LPT2 printer adapter when printer becomes
        ready.

        Note: Most printer adapters do not reliably generate this interrupt.
