 Clear the bar area on the screen

 Syntax

        GT_BarClear()

 Arguments:

      None

 Returns:

      NIL

 Description:

      Clears the area used to display bars on screen.  Assumes that the
      user has output a bar, and wishes to output another.

 Examples:
