     The INTL kludge is normally  only inserted in netmail messages,  if
     the origination zone  is different from  the destination zone  (the
     "Auto" setting), but on systems  with many AKA's in the  mailer, it
     might be useful/necessary to add it ALWAYS (the "Yes" setting). The
     "No" option should never be used.

     The <type> can be one of the following:

         Auto  Only insert in inter-zone netmail.
         Yes   Always insert. Recommended and default.
         No    Never insert.
