     If a translation char is defined, GoldED will translate the soft-cr
     character  (ASCII  141,  HEX  8D)  while  importing  a  file in the
     internal editor. Example:

         EDITSOFTCRXLAT H

     This example for Russians translates the soft-cr to an 'H'.
