     The value changes the  noise made by the  BEEPCOMMENT, BEEPLOCALMSG
     and BEEPYOURMAIL keywords.

     The noise is dependent on speed of the computer, to a low value  is
     best for XT's and AT's, while larger values may be better for 386's
     and 486's. Experiment with different  values until you find a  good
     one.
