     Renames one echoid to another. The  feature is meant to be used  in
     connection with  AREAFILE, where  some types  do not  store echoids
     with the  areas (and  GoldED then  automatically gives  them unique
     echoids).

       Examples:

         AREARENAME ECHO001 BAD_MSGS
