     Pages are numbered for multi-page files, the optional heading is
        printed centered above the file name.

     The time and date are taken from the DOS directory information,
        therefore they are the date and time of the last change to the
        file, not the date and time of printing.

     dCODE will transpose low (<32) & high order (>127) characters not
        supported by the selected printer to the most similar printable
        character.

     Text wider than the page is wrapped to the next line,
        maintaining the current indent depth.

     Index file keys which immediately follow a DBF file are printed on
        the same page (space permitting) as the DBF structure,
        the -r option automates this process.

     The parameters, heading, and column contents of Report and Label
        files are printed when these files are encountered.
