Use:                    To determine if PC.

Parameters:             PC

Returns:                The first character in the sending parameter will
                        have a "Y" if PC, a "N" if it is not a PC. If you
                        did not pass the parameter correctly (e.g. FOXLIB
                        = "ZC"), your sending parameter will be unchanged.

Example:                . load c:\FOXLIB\pc
                        . FOXLIB = "PC"
                        . call pc with FOXLIB
                        . ?substr(FOXLIB,1,1) = "Y"
                        .T.
                        . rele modu pc

                        From this example, it is a true PC.
