 menupdfull() Set the display mode of a pulldown menu
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
 Declaration
   menu.hdr

 Syntax
   proc menupdfull extern
   param value logical lMode

 Arguments
   lMode is the display mode id.

 Return
   None.

 Description
   This procedure controls if the horizontal main menu of a pull-down menu
   system shall extend across the whole screen width ( lMode = .t. ), or
   if a width shall be used large enough to display all items ( lMode = .f. ).

   The default is "full".

 Example
   #define EXAMPLE_MENU
   #include example.hdr

   // indices.
