 Description
   This error message is specific to the overlayed version of the debugger.
   The message indicates that expanded memory (EMS) is not available for the
   debugger. The overlayed version of the debugger needs EMS with a page
   frame for its operation.

   After displaying this error message, the Force Debugger exits.

 Solution
   Either install EMS (with page frame enabled) on the system, or use the
   non-overlayed version of the debugger.
