 Description
   This error occurs when the number of simultaneously open files exceeds
   the limit imposed by DOS. The most likely reason is excessive nesting
   of include files.

 Solution
   Decrease the nesting depth of included files. Adjust the FILES= command
   in the config.sys file to increase the number of available file handles.
