HPS_CLOSE()
   Closes the scanner buffer.

   Syntax
         HPS_CLOSE()

   Arguments
         None

   Returns
         None

   Description
         HPS_CLOSE() frees the memory allocated for the scanner buffer by
         HPS_OPEN().
