DRV_CURSOR()
   Sets attributes for the graphics cursor.

   Syntax
         DRV_CURSOR(nColor,nHeight)

   Arguments
         nColor      Sets the color of the graphics cursor.
         nHeight     Sets the height of the graphics cursor.

   Returns
         None

   Description
         DRV_CURSOR() allows you to set the height and color of the graphics
         cursor. The Flipper CLS_SCREEN() function can be used with the screen
         driver, but you should turn off the cursor first with SET CURSOR OFF.
