flp_drv_scrptr()
   Gives access to the flipper text screen from C.

   Syntax
         cPtr = flp_drv_scrptr()

   Arguments
         None

   Returns
         cPtr     Returns a pointer to the screen to a C function.

   Description
      flp_drv_scrptr() returns a char pointer to a C function. The
      prototype is:
                    char *flp_drv_scrptr()..
