LINE_BREAK()                                                        C_DEMO
   Breaks a line of a box or polyfigure.

   Syntax
         nOk = LINE_BREAK()

   Arguments
         None

   Returns
         nOk         0 - no break, 1 - successful.

   Description
         Allows a segment of any line object, types 1-4, to open a space. The
         mouse cursor can be placed on a line and mouse button 1 pressed. Then
         if LINE_BREAK() is issued, it will wait for the mouse to hit a second
         place on the same line. The distance between the two mouse presses
         becomes an open space in the line object.
