   Makes a scroll bar active to the mouse.

   Syntax
         nScrollNum = SCRL_WAKE(nScrollNum,[nStartingIndex])

   Arguments
         nScrollNum     The number of the scroll bar to activate.
         OPTIONAL PARAMETERS
         nStartingIndex Item number to first locate the scroll bar indicator.
                        [Default is 1].

   Returns
         nScrollNum     The number of the scroll bar.

   Description
         SCRL_WAKE() makes the scroll bar active to the mouse.
