MENU_SLEEP()                                                        C_EXAM04
   Puts the specified menu to sleep.

   Syntax
         MENU_SLEEP(nMenuNum)

   Arguments
         nMenuNum    Sets the number of the menu to put to sleep.

   Returns
         None

   Description
         MENU_SLEEP() temporarily disables a menu from being selected with the
         mouse. If the menu background was saved, MENU_SLEEP() automatically
         restores the old background.
