MS_MICKEY()
   Checks if the mouse moved since the last call to MS_MICKEY().

   Syntax
         nOnOrOff = MS_MICKEY()

   Arguments
         None

   Returns
         nOnOrOff    Returns whether the mouse has moved.
                     0 = mouse did not move.
                     1 = mouse moved.

   Description
         Returns either a 1 or a 0 indicating whether the mouse moved
         since the last call to MS_MICKEY().
