MS_HALT()                                                           C_EXAM03
   Stops mouse interrupt checking.

   Syntax
         MS_HALT()

   Arguments
         None

   Returns
         None

   Description
         MS_HALT() resets the mouse and keyboard interrupt. MS_HALT() must be
         called before exiting the program. Failure to call this function
         before exiting the program will quickly lock up the machine.
