 SetBuffer      Activates/Deactivates the editing buffer

 Syntax:        <oWrk>:SetBuffer( <lOnOff> ) --> <lPrevious>

 Parameters:

 <lOnOff>       A logical value to activate or deactivate the workarea
                associates editing buffer.

 Returns:       A logical value indicating if the buffer is or not
