 LButtonUp       Action to be performed when releasing the mouse

   Syntax: LButtonDown( nRow, nCol, nKeyFlags ) --> Nil 

   Parameters:
   For a description of the parameters take a look at the lButtonDown()
   method

   Comments:
   This method is called by the eventhandler of the control as soon as
   the left mouse button is release and the cursor was on the control.
   It should NOT be called by the programmer directly.
