 Set keyboard focus to control

   Syntax:  SetFocus() --> Nil 

   Comments:
   The SetFocus() method will transfer the keyboard focus to this
   control, However before the transfer of focus actually takes place
   first a call is made to the :lWhen() method. If and only if the
   :lWhen() method returns .T. the current window gets the keyboard
   focus.
