   Syntax: GetDlgCode( <nLastKey> ) --> Nil 

   Parameters:

   <nLastKey> The last key pressed.

   Comments:
   This method is internally used by FiveWin and should NOT be called
   at your convenience. It handles the when clauses for a control.
