 cToChar         Control Data to template convertor for creating Dialog Boxes

   Syntax: cToChar( <cCtrlClass> )  --> cTemplate 

   Parameters:
   <cCtrlClass> The name of the class for which this part of the
   structure is generated.


   Returns:
   A character string which will be part of the structure generated by
   the cToChar() method of the TDialog() class.

   Comments:
   This method returns a string with information stored inside for
   the template that will be built for the dialog box of which this
   control will be a part of. For more info on this subject please read
