 Change          Virtual Method to execute when generic changing of the control

   Comments:
   This method should not be called for a TControl() object because it
   is in fact a VIRTUAL method, which means that is defined here
   because the methods that inherit from TControl() should each have
   it's own Change() method. If however fore some reason an inheritor
   does not need the method Change(), it is here to ensure
   that the 'polymorphism' of the FiveWin classes is not violated.
