 WScroll()              Scrolls some text rows of a window

   Syntax:              WScroll( <hWnd>, <nRows>, <hFont> )  --> nil

   Parameters:

   <hWnd>               Identifies the window whose area is to be scrolled.

   <nRows>              Specifies the number of text rows to scroll.

   <hFont>              The handle of the font to calculate
                        the text height.

   Returns:             nil
