 uCharToVal()           Converts any value into a character string

   Syntax:              uCharToVal( <cExpression>, <uType> )
                                     --> <uValue>

   Parameters:

   <cExpression>        A string expression to be converted to a
                        specific type.

   <uType>              It is value, whose type determines the kind
                        of conversion we want to do.

   Returns:

   <uValue>             The corresponding value obtained from
                        <cExpression> and <uType> specifications.
