 SetTimer()             Installs a system timer
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

   Syntax:              SetTimer( <hWnd>, <nIdTimer>, <nInterval> )
                                    --> <nNewId>

   Parameters:

   <hWnd>               Identifies the window to be associated with
                        the timer.

   <nIdTimer>           Specifies a non-zero timer identifier.

   <nInterval>          The time-out value in miliseconds.

   Returns:

   <nNewId>             A specific identifier for this new timer.

   Observations:        FiveWin supplies a TTimer class that automatically
                        and easily manages timers.
