 SetParent()            Changes the parent of a window
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

   Syntax:              SetParent( <hWndChild>, <hWndParent> )
                             --> <hWndOldParent>

   Parameters:

   <hWndChild>          Identifies the child window.

   <hWndParent>         Identifies the new parent window.

   Returns:

   <hWndOldParent>      The handle of the old parent window.

   Observations:        If the child window is visible it gets
                        properly painted.
