 SetActiveWindow()      Changes the current active window

   Syntax:              SetActiveWindow( <hWnd> )  --> <hPrevWnd>

   Parameters:

   <hWnd>               Identifies the top level window to be activated

   Returns:

   <hPrevWnd>           The handle of the previous active window.
