 L2Hex()                Converts a long (4 bytes) into a hex string (8 chars)

   Syntax:              L2Hex( <nLong> )  --> <cHex>


   Parameters:

   <nLong>              A number in the range 0 - 2147483647 (+ or -)

   Returns:

   <cHex>               A eight characters hex string.

   Sample:              MsgInfo( L2Bin( 123456789 ) )
                        // returns a "075BCD15" hex
