 GetPixel()             Retrieves the RGB color of a pixel

   Syntax:              GetPixel( <hDC>, <nCol>, <nRow> )  --> <nRGBColor>

   Parameters:

   <hDC>                The handle of the device context.

   <nCol>               The coordinates of the pixel whose color is to
   <nRow>               be retrieved.

   Returns:

   <nRGBColor>          The RGB (numeric long) color of that pixel.
