 EndPaint()             Ends painting a window
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

   Syntax:              EndPaint( <hWnd>, <cPS> )  --> nil

                        This function marks the end of painting for the
                        given window. This function is required for
                        each BeginPaint() but only after painting is
                        complete.

   Parameters:

   <hWnd>               The handle of the window that is being
                        currently painted.

   <cPS>                A string that hold relevant information
                        about the painting process. (it holds a
                        PAINTSTRUCT structure).

   Returns:             Nothing.
