 C2Hex()         Converts a byte into a hex string (2 chars)                 .

   Parameters:

   <cChar>              A one character string.

   Returns:

   <cHex>               A two character hex string.

   Sample:              MsgInfo( C2Bin( "X" ) )  // returns a "58" hex
