 BarAdjust()            Adjust the bar to the new dimension of its container

   Syntax:              BarAdjust( <hWnd>, <nMode>, <lMsgBar> )  --> nil


   Parameters:

    <hWnd>              The Window handle of the Button Bar.

    <nMode>             The currently button Bar nMode Selected.

    <lMsgBar>           If the container window of the Button bar has
                        a message Bar.


   Returns:             Nil

   Observations:     Used internally by Fivewin. You don't need to use
                     it directly.
