 METHOD HandleEvent CLASS TWindow   Generic handle event management

   TWindow:HandleEvent( <nMsg>, <nWParam>, <nLParam>  )  --> nVal

This method handles all the events for a particular TWindow object. It
directly calls a C-function ( WndHandleEvent( ) ). This is done to
increase speed. For complete documentation on each and every value of

handled.
