 METHOD cTitle CLASS TWindow     The caption of the Window

   TWindow:cTitle( <cNewTitle> )  --> cTitle

   This is a SETGET method which assigns or retrieve the window caption.
   You may use it as if it were a DATA (instance variable) of the
   TWindow object, but it is in fact a method.

<cNewTitle>   The new value for the title.
