 Get/set carrier detect wait time

 Syntax

    FaxCDWait(<nDev>, [<nNewTime>]) -> nOldTime

 Parameters

    <nDev> is a fax device number.

    <nNewTime> is the new carrier detect wait time.

 Returns

    Old carrier detect wait time.

 Description

    Carrier detect wait time is the number of seconds the fax device will
    wait, from the time it finishes dialing, until it begins handshaking
    with the remote fax device.  If the wait time elapses without any sign
    of a handshake, the call will be aborted.

    The default value of FaxCDWait() is 60 seconds.
