 4014    DTE data underflow

    The program was not able to supply data to the fax modem fast enough
    during transmission.  As a result, the modem abandoned the attempt.

    This error is more likely with Class 1 modems, though it can happen with
    any fax modem.  It could mean that the program spent too long without
    making a call to FaxDriver().  Increasing the size of the output buffer
    may help.
