    IsModem()

         Determines if an internal modem is present

    Syntax:

         IsModem() -> lExist

    Description:

         Determines if system has an internal modem.

    Return:

         A logic value indicating if a internal modem is present.

    Example:

         If IsModem()
           Warning ( "You have a internal modem" )
         EndIf
