         Makes a query and returns a logic value

    Syntax:

         Query( cQuery [, cColor] ) -> Nil

         cQuery : Question to write
         cColor : Optional color of message

    Description:

         Makes a question on line 24 and waits until the user presses
         Y or N.

    Return:

         A logical value indicating the answer.

    Example:

         Query ( "Are you spanish? (Y/N)", "R/B" )
