     Use CA-Clipper/ExoSpace to link your program as normal, and include a
     reference to the compiled Microsoft C modules in the link script.

     If you are using modules from the Microsoft C 5.1 runtime libraries,
     EXOSPACE.LIB should precede any Microsoft libraries in your link script.
     If EXOSPACE.LIB is not explicitly specified, it will be included by
     default as the first library, so there should not be a problem.  If the
     Microsoft runtime libraries are being used, they should be explicitly
     specified; otherwise, the link sequence may not be correct.
