    Selecting a new Help File.

    Keys:
         <F1> (highlight Select File press <ENTER>)

         or use the Quick Keys

         <F2>
         <ALT D>

    Action:
         Opens the Help File selection menu. Press <ENTER> to select.
         Once selected, the new file will become active and the
         highlite bar will be positioned on the first Short Topic
         of the first Menu and Menu Item.

         Press <Alt R> to rescan and rebuild the file list.
         
         Press <ESC> to close the File Selection window without
         selecting a new Help File.



    Press the GRAY <+> key to Jump to the next topic (long entry).
