  !Name: - Naming the Help File

    Purpose
    The !name: command names the help file with up to 40 characters of text.

    Format:
           !name: Up to 40 characters of user defined text                

    Description
    The menu link control file always begins with the !name: field. This is
    the name that will appear in the scroll box when a help file is selected
    using the ALT-D keypress or from the Select File item of the F1
    Options menu.
