  Linking:
    Linking is done by invoking the linker (EHML.EXE) and identifying the
    menu link control file. The menu link control file contains parameters
    such as the help file name, credits, menu names with menu items and
    their file names. By invoking the menu linker (EHML.EXE), we will create
    a completed help file that is compatible with the Expert Help Engine.
    This new help file will have the same root name as the link file, but
    will have an extension of .NG. This help file can then be accessed
    by the EH Engine.

    Let's link all the compiled source files. Type,

                       EHML tutcreat.lnk <press enter>

    Let's compare what we have created so far to the sample help file.
    Select the sample help file Creating Your Own Help File by pressing  F2 ,
    pick the file Creating Your Own Help File and press <enter>.
   
    Pick the Source Files menu item from the Creating menu. Now position
    the highlight over the first short topic (Creating Source Files An
    Overview), and press the Enter key to Expand the entry.

    Note that it expands to a long entry.
   
    Now try the same thing on the help file we just created,
   
           Tutorial Creation.

    Press  F2  to open the Help File selection window, pick
   
           Tutorial Creation  <press enter>

    Try expanding the first short topic by pressing <enter>:

    Creating Source Files     An Overview                       

    Nothing happens!
   
    This is because we haven't defined a long entry yet. Let's do that now.

    Press the Gray + key to jump to the next topic (long entry).
