tbShrink()
Permits the shrinking (sizing)  a enclosed column
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     tbShrink(<oTbr>) --> NIL

Parameters:

     <oTbr>     tBrowse Object on which size(shrink)  the column

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Permits of shrinking(sizing)  of the current column of the browse

Example:

     tbShrink(oWin)
