tbOn()
Switchs on a tBrowse object
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     tbOn( <oTbr> ) --> NIL

Parameters:

     <oTbr>     tBrowse object

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Switchs on a tBrowse object and displays it

Example:

     tbOn( oTbr )  // Activates the object
     dbInk()       // Waits for a key
     tbOff( oTbr ) // Deactivates it
